One of the biggest improvements we are making is how we communicate with you. This includes the updated chat feature on our website that allows you to directly communicate with our staff for scheduling appointments, asking questions about your bill, and any other general questions you may have during regular business hours! These messages will be secure, so you can feel safe in knowing your personal information is protected. If you send us a message after hours, our team will be notified so they may answer first thing at the start of business hours the following day.
What To Expect
When you start a chat with us, our responses will appear as texts directly to your phone for any general questions you may have, such as business hours and locations. If you need to discuss any detailed personal information related to your care, our staff will then convert the chat to a secure messaging platform with a link sent directly to your phone. These messages will come from our new phone number 602-693-0736 that is only used for text-based communication. If you’re ever unsure if a message is from us, feel free to call us at our original number 602-258-4788 to confirm.
The second biggest change you will see is our payment notifications and links sent directly to your phone! This way, you’ll be able to easily pay online, view your bills, create a payment plan, and receive reminders when your bill is due so you never miss a payment.
