POSITION:   SUPINE, Patient on Stretcher or his own hospital bed, Lower Extremity Drape, Sitting Stools, SCD on and working prior to induction on uninvolved leg

MEDICATIONS: 0.9% NACL IRRIGATION 3L

0.25% BUPIVACAINE W/EPI 1:200,000

INSTRUMENTS: Plastic Surgery and Orthopedic Large Bone Tray, Debridement Set (Rongours, and Curettes)

EQUIPMENT:   Tourniquet
