POSITION: SUPINE, Patient on Stretcher, Rolling Hand Table, Tourniquet, Extremity Drape, Sitting Stools
MEDICATIONS: 0.9% NACL IRRIGATION 500 ML
0.25 Marcaine or 0.5% Marcaine whichever is available at end of case.
INSTRUMENTS: Drill, Unthreaded K-Wire (.45 and .62), RatTooth Forcep , Laminar Spreader, Weitlaner Retractor, Freer Elevator, Key Elevator, Army Navy, Holman retractors, Large Wire Cutter, If Case is booked with a Carpal Tunnel Release, please open a lead hand.
EQUIPMENT: Skeletal Dynamics or Trimed (Will Indicate During Booking), MINI C-ARM (OrthoScan if available ), Free Weights, Sterile Finger Traps (Chinese Finger Traps), Sterile Kerlex, and Mastisol (For Reduction of the Fracture Intra-Op)
