POSITION:   Supine OR Bed, Head at the top of the bed.

MEDICATIONS: 0.9% NACL IRRIGATION

1% LIDOCAINE MIXED 1:1 WITH 0.25% BUPIVACAINE W/EPI 1:200,000

INSTRUMENTS: Plastic Surgery or Soft Tissue Tray (Curved Littler Scissors, Curved Tenotomy Scissors, Fine Adson Pickup with Teeth)

   NOTES: BIPOLAR 15, NO BOVIE, INJECTS LOCAL OFF THE FIELD BEFORE PREPPING. Drain if used on large facial local flap, do not open, 10mm perforated (not channel), on trocar if available, bulb suction
