PREP:   Hibclens.  

POSITION:   SUPINE, Patient on Stretcher, Rolling Hand Table, Tourniquet with “10 x 10” around Tourniquet, Finger Tourniquet Available, Extremity Drape, Sitting Stools

MEDICATIONS: 0.9% NACL IRRIGATION

1% LIDOCAINE if MAC and Local (Pre-Inject)

Otherwise Plain 0.25 Marcaine or 0.5% Marcaine whichever is available at end of case.

INSTRUMENTS: Lead Hand, Soft Tissue/Small Bone Set (Curved Littler Scissors or Curved Tenotomy Scissors, Baby Holman Retractors, Bone Cutter, Ronguer), Sagittal Saw and Saw Blade (Available, Do Not Open)
