Anesthesia: Choice

PREP: Hibiclens

POSITION: SUPINE, Patient on Stretcher, Rolling Hand Table, Tourniquet, Extremity Drape, Sitting Stools me and my PA

MEDICATIONS: .25% BUPIVACAINE or 0.5% Plain BUPIVACAINE at the end of the case.

If Patient and Anesthesia Want to do MAC, Then Please have 1% Lidocaine with Epinephrine Available in The Room

INSTRUMENTS:  Hand Kit (Curved Littler Scissors or Curved Tenotomy Scissors, Ragnel x2 and Sen Retractor x 2, Ragnel, Small Weitlaner and Heiss Retractor)
